The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Section provides rehabilitation services to the community and public with the best facilities in rehabilitation medicine, and gives the best treatment to patients with disability or functional impairment in an integrated, coordinated and individualized manner. Likewise, it prides itself with the biggest oval track and world-class facilities for cardiac and physical rehabilitation of patients among hospitals in the Southeast Asian region.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Section, on the other hand, is responsible for providing services on functional capacity determination and the rehabilitation program for convalescent or post-operative patients, or more particularly, the Comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Program (CCReP). In addition, it conducts exercise tolerance testing.
